Hello, I’m Sean.

Sean Wroe

I am an inspiring, visionary, expert, entrepreneur and performer, influencing and helping others in the world to live passionate, engaging, positive-minded lives and getting everyone to “Win Their Own Personal Olympics.”

For the past ten years, I have been a professional Track and Field 400m runner representing Australia at the highest level.

I have been to the Olympics, World Championships, Commonwealth Games, World University Games and World Juniors.
I have won Bronze in the 4x400m relay at the 2009 World Championships, Silver in the 400m and Gold in the 4x400m at the 2010 Commonwealth Games and a Gold in the 4x400m at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.

In 2012, I was selected to represent Australia at my second Olympics Games but had to withdraw due to appendicitis. I was at a stage in my athletics career where I needed to start thinking about life after sport and, unfortunately, track and field is a sport that has very limited resources and funding I needed to find a full-time job.

In 2013, I landed a store manager graduate position for a renowned Japanese retailer called UNIQLO and was sent overseas for six months for a very extensive store operations training.
I was part of the team that introduce UNIQLO to Australia being part of the Emporium management team and was also sent to Sydney to help open the Pitt Street Mall.

But what I noticed was that I was supporting someone else’s dream and not my own. I was very much stuck in the rat race and going to work and living life at the beat of someone else’s drum.

I decided in 2014 to venture out on my own and become an entrepreneur. I also wanted to help others achieve their goals and so began my journey of learning from leaders, attending seminars and deciding what business to create. Since this decision, I have become a motivational speaker and leader in my field. I am currently the author of the upcoming book “How to Win Your Own Personal Olympics – A Track Star’s Secret Formula For Winning At Home, And Financially”.
