Hello, I’m Sean.

Sean Wroe

I am an inspiring, visionary, expert, entrepreneur and performer, influencing and helping others in the world to live passionate, engaging, positive-minded lives and getting everyone to “Win Their Own Olympics.”

For the past ten years, Sean Wroe has been a professional Track and Field 400m runner representing Australia at the highest level.
Sean grew up in a multi-cultural household with a Japanese mother and Australian father and from a very young age was taught that hard work and sacrifice will result in success.

Sean has been to the 2008 Beijing Olympics, 2x World Championships, 2x Commonwealth Games, 3x World University Games and World Juniors.
Sean has won Bronze in the 4x400m relay at the 2009 World Championships, Silver in the 400m and Gold in the 4x400m at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, Gold in the 4x400m at the 2006 Commonwealth Games and three medals at three consecutive World University Games.

In 2012, Sean was selected to represent Australia at his second Olympics Games but had to withdraw due to appendicitis.
Sean was at a stage in his athletics career where he needed to start thinking about life after sport and, unfortunately, track and field is a sport that has very limited resources and funding, Sean needed to find a full-time job.

In 2013, Sean landed a store manager graduate position for a renowned Japanese retailer called UNIQLO and was sent overseas for six months for a very extensive store operations training.
Sean was part of the team that introduces UNIQLO to Australia being part of the Emporium Store management team and was also sent to Sydney to help open the Pitt Street UNIQLO.

The experience was a steep learning curve with Sean realising he was supporting someone else’s dream and not his own. Sean felt he was working and living life to the beat of someone else’s drum.

Sean decided in 2014 to venture out on his own and start his own business. Sean wanted to help others achieve their goals and so began Sean’s journey of learning from leaders, attending seminars and deciding what business to pursue.

Since this decision, Sean has started numerous ventures. Some successful, some have failed, but Sean is always striving to excel in business and personal growth.
Sean’s current ventures include a start-up Finance Company, motivational speaking, and coaching.
